Financial Solutions Branch Manager Business Banker

Lead and grow a Financial Solutions Center by building relationships with small businesses and driving both sales and service goals. Manage a portfolio of business customers, assess credit risk, and generate new deposit, loan, and referral opportunities. Coach and develop team members alongside a Sales & Service Manager, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance (account documentation, transaction processing, controls, cash handling, and privacy). Serve as a primary contact for customer problem resolution.
