Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and implement policies and operating procedures for procurement and storage within the department.
  • •Analyze data related to policies, plans, and operations and provide actionable recommendations.
  • •Draft policy manuscripts, process maps, and guidance documents aligned with contract law and storage regulations in Dubai.
  • •Benchmark with global, regional, and local entities to improve processes, contract templates, and governance practices.
  • •Monitor legislative changes and propose updates to policies and procedures to ensure governance of government procurement and storage activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Law, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 12 years of experience; master's degree with 9 years; doctorate with 6 years (as applicable)
  • •Professional certifications in procurement/storage (e.g., CIPS Diploma or equivalent)
  • •Experience with government procurement and storage policies and regulations; knowledge of local and international best practices
  • •UAE National
  • •Strong data analysis skills and ability to review policies, drafts and guidance documents to support governance of procurement and storage actions
