Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences, including coordinating technical teams, partners, and vendors.
  • •Coordinate design reviews with creative and technical teams to ensure concepts align with client vision and feasibility.
  • •Create and maintain production schedules, budgets, handovers, and documentation (production bibles).
  • •Lead meetings with senior stakeholders, translate technical challenges into actionable business decisions, and defend positions with tact.
  • •Negotiate and execute vendor, staffing, and MSA contracts to optimize costs and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English; French is a strong plus
