Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of employee relations department programs, policies, and procedures while maintaining strong employee communication and relationships.
  • •Assist with execution of short- to mid-term departmental plans and contribute ideas to improve day-to-day workflow.
  • •Monitor and track direct reports’ performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • •Oversee attendance protocols and daily attendance records; analyze monthly payroll attendance reports and prepare warnings per sanction matrix.
  • •Investigate grievances and misconduct cases, lead disciplinary procedures when required, and provide advice to managers and HR on employee relations matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant employee relations experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices for employee relations and compliance.
  • •Proven experience managing attendance protocols and analyzing payroll attendance reports to prepare warnings per sanction matrix.
  • •Ability to investigate grievances and indiscipline cases with confidentiality, care, and fair, unbiased resolution.
  • •SAP ERP (HR) functional knowledge to support employee relations processes.
