Manager - Corporate Employee Banker, MSF

Own the Branch assets specialist function for the MSF channel, supporting Relationship Managers in the end-to-end processing of asset product applications (e.g., mortgage, PIL, LAS, LAM) through disbursal. Drive KPI achievement by ensuring seamless asset disbursals, monitoring application status, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing operational effectiveness controls such as discrepancy and fraud prevention. Provide coaching support for the channel partner and identify cross-sell opportunities.
