Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic financial guidance and decision support to the Group President and executive leadership.
  • •Oversee group financial performance across contracts and operating companies, including budgeting and the month-end close process.
  • •Ensure compliance for revenue recognition and applicable accounting standards; prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • •Lead finance and project controls personnel, establishing priorities, accountability, and performance expectations.
  • •Review and challenge EAC projections, optimize cash flow/working capital/DSO, and support forward pricing and investment/business case analyses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,369 - 265,533 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 15 years of progressive financial management experience, including significant experience supporting a Federal Government contractor.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in government contract financial management and contract-level financial performance.
  • •Strong understanding of fringe benefit and labor-related costs, including requirements applicable to Service Contract Act (SCA) and CBA/union workforces.
  • •Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Federal contracting principles; Costpoint ERP and Cognos preferred/required.
