Job Summary

Mechanical technician with 5+ years in industrial facility mechanical maintenance, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, piping, pumps, and mechanical systems at a large aviation MRO site. Coordinates with subcontractors, ensures safety compliance, maintains equipment documentation, and supports installation and commissioning of mechanical infrastructure at the Istanbul TEC facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform periodic maintenance on all mechanical systems inside the facility (heating, cooling, ventilation, water and drainage, compressed air, pump and piping networks)
•Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment; conduct root-cause analysis of faults and implement corrective actions
•Install, commission and test new mechanical infrastructure and equipment as required
•Coordinate with subcontractors, monitor work quality and ensure adherence to technical specifications and schedules
•Maintain equipment documentation, records, and ensure traceability of maintenance activities

Key Requirements

•Graduated from a Vocational School in Mechanical, Mechatronics, HVAC, Industrial Maintenance or related fields
•At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in industrial facilities
•Experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
•Ability to read and interpret equipment documentation
•Proficient with hand tools, measurement devices and maintenance equipment; MS Office skills; experience with maintenance management systems (preferred)
