Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day Trust Tax operational activities, including NOFD processing, fee file management, account closing support, shared mailbox oversight, and resolution of tax-related inquiries.
  • •Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and strengthen scalability.
  • •Partner with Technology, PwC, Trust teams, and Operations to define requirements, support testing, validate data, resolve issues, and prepare future-state workflows.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation, how-to guides, training materials, and cross-training plans to ensure continuity and consistent execution.
  • •Monitor operational performance, service levels, capacity, reporting accuracy, and control effectiveness to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and escalate risks appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Seven or more years of related experience.
