Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Sales teams to evaluate customer needs and adoption of SuperTokens solutions
  • •Conduct technical discovery, demos, and Proof of Concept (POC) work for potential customers
  • •Respond to RFPs and support the sales process with technical inputs
  • •Lead in-depth discussions about APIs, SDKs, and security frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWTs)
  • •Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering and stay updated on IAM trends

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space
  • •Previous software development experience
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to switch context across multiple customers
  • •Obsessed with solving customer problems
