Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Exchange SE architectural planning, clean installation, and upgrades from legacy Exchange versions (2016/2019) with zero data loss and minimal disruption.
  • •Install, update, and manage standalone and clustered on-premises Microsoft Exchange Servers (2016/2019) across physical and virtual systems.
  • •Configure, monitor, and optimize multi-site Database Availability Groups (DAGs), including defragmentation, stability audits, and storage cap management.
  • •Provision, scale, and maintain virtualization environments using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V to support messaging infrastructure.
  • •Plan and deploy server patching (CUs/SUs) and run regular bare-metal backup and disaster recovery restoration drills.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
  • •Vendor-specific certifications (VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE/Messaging) are highly advantageous.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
  • •In-depth understanding of mail flow protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), load balancers, DNS (including split-brain) and SSL/TLS certificates.
  • •Strong troubleshooting experience for Tier-3 mail delivery failures and database corruption recovery.
