Senior broking leader responsible for developing and implementing strategy, design, and marketing of builder’s risk and operational property programs for Power & Renewable Energy clients across North America; leads client submissions, negotiations with underwriters, and ongoing client service to optimize risk and terms.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the strategy, design, and marketing of traditional power and renewable energy builder’s risk programs and operational property programs.
•Coordinate and facilitate submission information with external client contacts and internal teams.
•Provide broking status and ongoing support to clients throughout the broking process and engagement period.
•Develop client presentations and analytical data to present terms to clients with Account Management Team.
•Negotiate terms and endorsements directly with underwriters and leverage technology to improve the broking and client service process.
