Job Summary

Run day-to-day operations for a defined book of Amazon client accounts across both Vendor Central and Seller Central. Own purchase order and inventory hygiene, catalogue health, dispute/chargeback workflows, and account health metrics. Build and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns to meet ACoS/TACoS and revenue targets. Use Pacvue, Amazon Ads console, ARA/Brand Analytics, and reporting to detect anomalies, diagnose issues, and escalate complex cases early with evidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the weekly Vendor Central PO cycle: review/confirm orders, track acceptance and fill rate, and flag sourcing or availability issues.
•Reconcile invoices vs ASN and proof of delivery; identify shortage claims and file disputes within the allowed window with complete evidence.
•Monitor chargebacks by category, dispute defensibly with required evidence, and feed recurring root causes back for process fixes.
•Maintain catalogue and listing health across accounts, including suppressed/inactive/stranded listings, reinstatement using flat files/feed error resolution.
•Build and optimize Sponsored Products/Brands/Display campaigns to meet ACoS/TACoS and revenue targets, using Pacvue for bid rules/budget pacing/dayparting and search term hygiene.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace operations within live client accounts.
•Practitioner-level Vendor Central experience: PO management, fill rate, shortage claims, chargeback categories, disputes, and item setup/cost & price maintenance.
•Strong Seller Central capability including catalogue uploads/flat files, case management, listing troubleshooting, and account health.
•Proven Amazon Advertising experience optimizing Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands to efficiency targets.
•Comfort pulling and analyzing raw data (ARA/Brand Analytics, search queries, advertising reports) and using Excel or Google Sheets for client-ready reporting.
