Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform in-process product checks (weight, appearance, temperature, dimensions), packaging integrity/seal and case coding verification, and finished product inspections for compliance.
  • •Monitor production areas for GMP adherence, allergen control, hygiene and environmental controls, and ensure gowning/handwashing/sanitation and chemical usage compliance.
  • •Complete QA documentation (CCP/CP monitoring logs, calibration/verification records, hold tags/deviation and corrective action records, traceability and lot control).
  • •Place product on hold for deviations, support root-cause investigations, and participate in CAPA processes while communicating issues in real time.
  • •Calibrate and verify QA tools and quality-critical equipment (scales, thermometers, metal detectors, X-ray systems, checkweighers, temperature controls) and coordinate resolutions with Production or Maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of GMPs, food safety, HACCP, and basic microbiology or sanitation principles.
  • •Strong attention to detail to identify defects or process deviations.
  • •Ability to complete documentation accurately, legibly, and in real time while following written procedures.
  • •Basic math, measurement, and inspection skills.
  • •Ability to work in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively with production teams.
