Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day Singapore people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding in HR systems and payroll-related tools.
  • •Maintain high data integrity in HR systems and trackers, ensuring changes are accurate and processed on time.
  • •Coordinate monthly Singapore payroll end-to-end with the payroll vendor and Finance, including managing inputs, reviewing draft reports, and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Serve as the day-to-day People Operations contact for managers and employees on contracts/letters, leave and scheduling, probation administration, and data changes; escalate complex cases as needed.
  • •Localize and deliver global/regional people programs in Singapore and continuously improve SOPs, checklists, controls, workflows, templates, and automation (including AI use cases).

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in HR/People Operations or HR Generalist roles with direct ownership of day-to-day HR operations for a Singapore employee population.
  • •Hands-on experience coordinating Singapore payroll with an in-house or outsourced provider, including managing monthly inputs, validating outputs, and resolving payroll-related queries.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment fundamentals, including contract/offer structures, CPF and salary components, leave/time-off rules, and core statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS).
  • •Experience operating in a fast-growing, high-change environment with comfort balancing operational execution detail against shifting priorities.
  • •Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation within People Operations, including leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
