Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on structuring and execution of complex, non-standard, high-value deals.
  • •Independently evaluate and resolve non-standard deal requests with minimal oversight by driving cross-functional solutions across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • •Review and approve key quote terms for accuracy and alignment with pricing, revenue recognition, and operational guidelines.
  • •Ensure transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies, escalating and resolving edge cases as needed.
  • •Develop and roll out best practices and automate/streamline deal desk workflows using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and cycle times.

Key Requirements

  • •Business degree.
  • •5-7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing, or Sales Operations (software industry experience preferred).
  • •Independently lead cross-functional deal structuring across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • •Strong financial and analytical skills, including advanced modeling and translating complex deal terms into recommendations.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce; experience with CPQ or deal desk systems is a plus.
