Job Summary

Diagnose, adjust, and repair aggregate plant equipment such as stone crushers, screens, and conveyors while operating heavy off-road vehicles (e.g., water, quarry, and stock trucks). Dismantle and reassemble components, replace worn parts, and conduct post-repair testing to ensure proper performance. Perform routine maintenance, use diagnostic and calibration equipment, and follow OSHA/MSHA safety requirements. Provide training within the aggregate production facility and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose, adjust, and repair plant equipment including stone crushers, screens, and conveyors.
•Operate and inspect heavy equipment and off-road trucks (water, quarry, and stock trucks).
•Dismantle and reassemble heavy plant components using hoists and hand tools.
•Repair and replace damaged or worn parts, then test equipment after repair or assembly.
•Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, changing oil and filters, taking oil samples, and wearing required PPE.

Key Requirements

•Maintain a current driver’s license.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Learn and follow safety regulations (OSHA and/or MSHA).
•Diagnose faults or malfunctions and determine required repairs using diagnostic equipment and calibration devices.
•Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
