Customer Experience Banker

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers by understanding their financial goals, recommending deposit and other banking products, and resolving issues with exemplary service. You’ll proactively grow consumer and business relationships through disciplined follow-up, outbound calling, and partner/customer referrals, while educating customers and routing them to the right bank teams. Ensure accurate transaction processing and compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
