Key Responsibilities

•Analyze production yield issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve performance and manufacturing efficiency.
•Collaborate with business units to characterize, qualify, and release new products to production, ensuring smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
•Support daily production by addressing low yield disposition and process troubleshooting.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
•Use statistical tools and production data to guide engineering decisions, and collaborate with design teams on simulation, design verification, and silicon debug.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related engineering field.
•3+ years of semiconductor industry experience as a Product Engineer, Yield Engineer, or similar role.
•Strong analytical skills with experience in yield analysis and manufacturing data.
•Proficiency with tools such as JMP and Excel, plus statistical analysis software.
•Ability to collaborate across business units and work independently in cross-functional teams.
