Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze production yield issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve performance and manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with business units to characterize, qualify, and release new products to production, ensuring smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
  • •Support daily production by addressing low yield disposition and process troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •3+ years of semiconductor industry experience as a Product Engineer, Yield Engineer, or similar role.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience in yield analysis and manufacturing data.
  • •Proficiency with tools such as JMP and Excel, plus statistical analysis software.
  • •Ability to collaborate across business units and work independently in cross-functional teams.
