Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical and product expert for the Account Management team to support customer expansion during complex renewal and upsell opportunities.
•Demonstrate advanced technical value for the multi-product offering and architect solutions that drive growth within the existing customer base.
•Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align on customer goals and provide technical guidance during trials/POCs.
•Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases as required.
•Identify customer pain points during trials/POCs and translate them into defined requirements and actionable solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a customer-facing, post-sales technical role (renewals-focused sales engineer, solutions consultant, or technical account manager)
•Sales acumen with experience in a revenue-driven environment
•Deep understanding of cybersecurity and GRC ecosystem (e.g., Security platforms, SIEM, GRC tools)
•Product expert mindset with ability to become a deep subject matter expert on a complex software platform
•Strong REST API knowledge and ability to explain technical concepts to both engineers and executives
