Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and deployment of advanced ML solutions for personalized customer decisioning.
  • •Drive best-in-class modeling for propensity, Next Best Action/Offer, uplift modeling, and causal inference.
  • •Build production-grade ML pipelines and scalable data engineering practices using MLOps.
  • •Deploy models to production via APIs or streaming systems, including versioning and experiment tracking.
  • •Establish monitoring, drift detection, and alerting for ML services and lead senior data scientists while partnering with product, engineers, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field including Econometrics, Actuarial Science, Maths/Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • •10 years' experience in a senior data scientist position.
  • •Advanced experience building and deploying propensity models for cross-sell and upsell, including Next Best Action/Next Best Offer engines.
  • •Strong programming and engineering background: expert Python, production-grade ML pipelines, and software engineering best practices (version control, CI/CD, testing).
  • •Experience with cloud/data infrastructure, MLOps, and monitoring (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, MLflow/SageMaker/Vertex AI, Prometheus/Grafana/Evidently).
