Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough, on-site vehicle condition inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards within an assigned territory.
  • •Verify vehicle identification, VINs, mileage, sub-series, and options, and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Inspect and document exterior and interior condition, and perform basic mechanical checks.
  • •Build trust with dealer clients, educate them on Manheim marketplace/mobile inspections, and support inspection volume within the territory.
  • •Prepare daily activity and production reports, use Salesforce.com for tracking, and collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other teams while following safety and NAAA standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required (for Level 1); Level 2 requires HS/GED plus 3+ years of related experience; Senior Level requires HS/GED plus 5 years of related experience or advanced combination.

  • •Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes.
  • •Strong automotive knowledge and experience with vehicle inspection processes (for Level 2 and Senior).
