Senior Clinical Review Nurse - Prior Authorization

Review more complex prior authorization requests to determine medical necessity and appropriate level of care in line with regulatory, contractual, and benefit-coverage standards. Assess complex authorization requests, recommend next steps to the medical team, and escalate when needed. Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal utilization/care management teams to support timely authorized services and appropriate transfer/discharge outcomes while ensuring clinical documentation compliance in health management systems.
