Key Responsibilities

  • •Own top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities across the company.
  • •Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models for key top-line metrics, including assumptions, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • •Monitor and communicate KPIs to business leaders and the board, providing insights and recommendations to improve growth and surface risks/opportunities.
  • •Advise go-to-market leaders with data-driven analysis and action plans.
  • •Enhance FP&A and related processes by improving data quality, analytics capabilities, and self-service reporting; support special projects like M&A evaluation and capital raises.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting, FP&A, or Corporate Finance in a high-growth/VC-backed technology company.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in a people management role.
  • •Extensive financial modeling experience building and maintaining complex models and driving process improvements.
  • •High proficiency with financial systems (ERP and planning/reporting tools) and Excel; experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.
