Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop commissioning strategies, plans, scopes, and schedules for prefabricated and integrated solutions within project budgets and customer expectations.
  • •Establish commissioning frameworks covering FAT, SAT, and integrated system testing (IST), including roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • •Facilitate commissioning meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution forums, ensuring alignment with technical standards.
  • •Coordinate commissioning from factory through site integration, validating, documenting, and integrating factory-tested modules.
  • •Oversee execution by internal teams, OEM specialists, or subcontractors and monitor progress, quality, sequencing, and compliance with specifications and contractual requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical project delivery, commissioning coordination, or systems integration roles.
  • •Experience coordinating commissioning on complex, multi-system projects such as data centers, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • •Experience with prefabricated/modular or integrated solutions (highly desirable).
  • •Strong understanding of MV/LV systems including UPS, switchgear, protection systems, and control systems.
  • •Electrical trade qualification with a licensed electrician qualification; familiarity with FAT, SAT, and IST (without necessarily being hands-on).
