Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - East Falls Church

Provide industry-leading client service in-person and by phone while developing, expanding, and retaining relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions for deposits, credit, and other product/service lines, supporting branch and individual sales targets through client conversations, referrals, and cross-trained teller support. Take consumer loan applications, advise on lending options, and ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
