Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform beauty and spa treatments (including facials, body treatments, massage, waxing) to a high standard.
  • •Deliver personalised five-star guest service through client consultations, treatment delivery, and appropriate aftercare recommendations.
  • •Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and sterilisation standards within the spa environment.
  • •Manage treatment schedules effectively and keep treatment rooms maintained to required standards.
  • •Support retail and treatment sales targets by recommending treatments, products, and packages, including upselling and cross-selling.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Beauty Therapy Diploma/Certificate with at least 1 year of formal training from a recognised institution.
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant Beauty Therapist experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, day spa, or high-end wellness setting.
  • •Recognised qualifications in beauty and spa treatments including facials, body treatments, massage, waxing, and other applicable treatments.
  • •Sound knowledge of professional skincare products, treatment protocols, contraindications, and appropriate aftercare recommendations.
  • •Ability to conduct thorough client consultations and tailor treatments to individual requirements.
