Job Summary

Plan and coordinate material flow for 3rd-party customer and MRO sales order lines, including promising dates and managing order statuses. Drive efficient fulfillment by aligning intra-company orders, partnering with buyers and planners on expediting priorities, and maintaining accurate system dates. Support sales order pull-forwards to meet revenue targets, including expedite and date changes. Ensure adherence to EHS practices while working onsite with rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Promise dates for 3rd-party customer and MRO sales order lines.
•Action sales orders with 526 and 527 statuses to ensure the most cost-efficient RDC fills the orders.
•Support intra-company order alignment.
•Coordinate with buyers and planners to prioritize expedites and keep system dates accurate.
•Manage sales order pull-forwards to achieve revenue targets, including expedite and date changes as priorities advance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
•2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Experience as a planner or purchasing agent, with knowledge of distribution center management.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally with all business levels.
•Experience using JD Edwards and/or EnterpriseOne (E-1), SAP, or other MRP/ERP systems; rotating shift schedule and onsite work arrangement required.
