Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product design — discovery, interaction design, high-fidelity execution, and the design system that holds it together.
•Audit and systematically improve legacy experiences while maintaining momentum.
•Translate AI-native vision into concrete, usable interfaces and design novel AI interactions.
•Build and evolve a pragmatic, scalable design system in Figma to enable fast, consistent shipping.
•Collaborate with frontend engineers (NextJS, Tailwind) to ensure shipped features match intent and user needs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of senior product design experience, ideally shipping complex B2B/SaaS or AI products.
•A strong portfolio that demonstrates mastery of UX and UI and knows when to break patterns.
•Fluency in Figma and modern design-system thinking.
•Comfort designing for ambiguity: novel AI interactions and data-heavy workflows.
•Strong sense of interaction detail, visual craft, and information hierarchy.
