Own the strategy, architecture, and health of the Revenue Operations technology stack, aligning GTM and finance systems for cross-functional productivity. Build and optimize agentic workflows, unified customer data foundations, API/webhook integrations, and testing/release practices to keep systems reliable and secure.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for GTM and finance systems, including optimization and integration of Salesforce, NetSuite, Data360, and Agentforce.
•Manage and develop the Salesforce CRM Administrator, overseeing Salesforce user management, profiles, roles, and permissions while driving ongoing upskilling.
•Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents, designing, building, testing, deploying, and continuously optimizing agent flows across GTM teams.
•Architect and govern GTM data flowing into Snowflake via Data360, maintaining a unified customer profile as the single source of truth and optimizing API integrations and webhooks.
•Build and manage testing suites and oversee release/deployment lifecycle and system health through audits, upgrade preparation, and third-party integration management.

Key Requirements

•5+ years managing complex GTM and finance systems infrastructure (CRM, ERP, automation).
•Hands-on experience implementing or managing autonomous AI agents in a live enterprise environment, with Salesforce Agentforce preferred.
•Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration/configuration, NetSuite, and data platforms (Data360/Snowflake); Salesforce Revenue Cloud is an asset.
•Experience as a NetSuite administrator (user access, customizations, data maintenance) and with Data360/Snowflake.
•Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent experience; NetSuite certification strongly preferred.
