  • •Help found and run the Scale ADM motion across a wide enterprise portfolio.
  • •Use agentic workflows to triage health, prioritize outreach, and keep human time scarce and high leverage.
  • •Drive retention and expansion by deepening adoption and finding account whitespace.
  • •Amplify existing enablement (marketing webinars, customer education, onboarding) into reusable motions.
  • •Shape playbooks and offerings based on voice of customer feedback.
