Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end NPI production infrastructures supply chain from design review to delivery and implementation at production sites.
  • •Own ongoing NPI production capacity management and support across production sites.
  • •Perform risk assessment and lead infrastructure establishment and maintenance activities.
  • •Support budgeting and process improvements related to NPI production infrastructure readiness.
  • •Act as the key point for multiple production sites to ensure infrastructure support for NPI production CMs.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in production/infrastructure readiness for NPI.
  • •Strong initiative, decision-making, and the ability to independently lead tasks from start to closure in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as a teammate.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Wrike is an advantage; strong written and oral communication in English.
