Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and conduct fitting days in the field for the Northern CA/Bay Area territory.
  • •Maintain fitting tools, organize orders from fitting days for account placement, and keep accurate fitting records.
  • •Be the point of contact for brand account requests related to fitting days and follow-up.
  • •Conduct one-on-one fittings with consumers.
  • •Participate in large-scale brand events, including staff and VIP golf club fittings, and work with the local Territory Sales Manager to manage account relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175 daily

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • •Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting.
  • •Understanding basic and intermediate fitting terminology.
  • •Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
  • •Ability to set up and break down a fitting day, lift up to 50 lbs, and conduct 40–50 events per calendar year.
