Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage civil engineering consultants across design, permitting, and civil coordination, including civil, geotechnical, traffic, environmental, and hydrological disciplines.
  • •Coordinate customer civil design requirements project-by-project and provide on-site field support during construction to ensure execution matches specifications and standards.
  • •Collaborate with design and construction teams to address site-specific challenges and recommend design optimizations for constructability.
  • •Support construction documentation for civil components (drawings, specifications, scopes of work) and review contractor work, submittals, and RFIs for quality and requirements.
  • •Interface with commercial and program managers as an SME, nurture permitting agency relationships, identify project risks, and support site origination technical reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Accredited professional degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with EIT required.
  • •9+ years of experience participating in and leading commercial development, architectural, or civil design projects.
  • •3-5+ years of hands-on experience overseeing civil construction activities in the field, with strong safety and quality control knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of civil construction practices, QA/QC, and specification processes.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, GIS, and Blue Beam Revu.
