Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Aldar Education and UAE regulatory guidelines (ADEK/KHDA, MOHRE, ICP, and others) and support a compliance culture.
  • •Maintain and monitor ADEK PASS “Staff Information System” and KHDA staff approvals, following up on employee issuance and document compliance.
  • •Track expirations for ADEK appointment letters/approvals, MOHRE labour cards/contracts, work permits, residence visas, and Emirates IDs; coordinate timely renewals and submissions.
  • •Liaise with regulatory entities and the operations team to ensure external staff are approved and added to ADEK/ KHDA systems when applicable.
  • •Support licensing activities and document control, including issuing/renewing school licenses and escalating non-compliance issues when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum diploma in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or related fields.
  • •At least 2 years of proven experience in administration/HR or other relevant positions at school, preferably under ADEK/KHDA.
  • •Good Arabic and English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • •Proficient computer and MS Office skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential tasks.
  • •Understanding of ADEK/KHDA legislation and MOHRE & ICP policies, procedures, and inspection requirements.
