Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs globally, driving delivery from inception through ongoing operation and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop and maintain program-level policies, processes, playbooks, and operating standards for consistent delivery across regions and functions.
  • •Lead cross-functional workstreams with partners across the organization to ensure Workplace Ops priorities are represented, aligned, and delivered.
  • •Identify gaps in current program offerings and proactively develop solutions, sometimes without an established playbook.
  • •Build and scale operational tooling, workflows, internal resources, and measurement frameworks to improve employee experience and assess program performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,000 - 193,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years of experience in program management, workplace operations, or a closely related field.
  • •Independently own and deliver multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously.
  • •Manage programs with global reach, including stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
  • •Strong systems-thinking and process-design skills to build structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • •Proficiency with program/project management tools such as Airtable or JIRA; familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies for operational workflows.
