Workplace Operations Program Manager

Lead and scale end-to-end workplace operations programs with global scope across functions and geographies. Build and maintain policies, playbooks, operating standards, and workflows/tools that help teams operate consistently at scale. Partner cross-functionally to run workstreams, identify gaps, develop solutions, and manage vendors. Use measurement frameworks and data/feedback to evaluate performance, drive improvements, and inform strategic decisions for employee-facing workplace experiences.
