Key Responsibilities

•Provide real-time case troubleshooting as the Product Expert resource for Indigo Remote Support Engineers.
•Interface with other teams to reduce silos and coordinate with Field Service Engineers, Regional Specialists, Tech Group and GBU.
•Assist in preparation and presentation of training and tech debriefs; identify knowledge gaps and conduct coaching (1:1 and team).
•Architect, deploy, manage and integrate solutions within specific environments and participate in architecture and design reviews to improve product quality.
•Represent the organization through customer visits, industry conferences/trade shows, and vendor meetings to drive opportunities and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in any area or commensurate work experience
•Typically 7-10 years of work experience in remote/telephone support, technologies and customer environments
•Preferred ITIL Certifications
•Knowledge of AWS, Java, Linux, Python, SQL, SaaS and related technologies
•Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring abilities
