Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associate workflows and customer interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI components spanning foundation model training, LLM inference, agents/multi-agent workflows, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Own end-to-end architecture for complex AI systems, ensuring maintainability, observability, and ethical alignment.
  • •Define and maintain AI reliability SLOs (latency, uptime, and model performance drift) and collaborate to optimize GPU/TPU utilization for faster inference pipelines.
  • •Lead technical reviews for new deployments (security, data governance, compliance) and mentor Principal/Senior associates on scalable design and research-to-production translation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,200 - 245,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/AI/EE/CE (or related) plus at least 4 years developing AI/ML algorithms/technologies, or a Master's plus at least 2 years.
  • •At least 4 years programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
  • •Experience leading development of AI systems with tradeoffs across cost, latency, throughput, and accuracy.
  • •Experience deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and designing AI services.
  • •Experience building and applying AI/ML techniques for training and inference optimization, including hardware utilization, latency, throughput, and cost.
