Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customer hospital teams to assess clinical workflows and guide product configuration to match practice needs.
  • •Provide on-site clinical support through pre-planning, education, system go-live, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
  • •Schedule, coordinate, and deliver training for clinicians (including super-users/end-users) on safe and appropriate product use.
  • •Act as clinical and technical product expert for ZOLL hospital products, including resuscitation chain discussions.
  • •Lead and execute educational/training events and support quality improvement and process/protocol changes within customer accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required.
  • •Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • •AHA Instructor (BLS/ACLS/PALS) preferred.
  • •Clinical education and/or project management experience preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to educate clinical personnel and lead training/in-servicing programs.
