Job Summary

Own the growth roadmap for Fever’s expansion in Brazil, defining the business model and partner portfolio. Lead business planning for key partners and expansion areas, using proprietary Fever data and technology to turn complex insights into actionable business cases and drive measurable impact on CAC, LTV, and ROI. Partner closely with regional stakeholders to build local marketing and technology plans within Fever’s global product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market, including product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Act as a lead advisor to top strategic partners and help them succeed and grow using Fever’s data and technology.
•Turn complex data into actionable business cases and drive accountability for key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean and scalable during rapid growth.
•Partner with regional stakeholders (Country and Regional General Managers) to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fever’s global product and marketing capabilities.

Key Requirements

•At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role, with strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking experience.
•Proven track record leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
•Ability to leverage data to make strategic business decisions and craft narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
