Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted advisor to plumbing and HVAC contractor customers by engaging them at the counter, by phone, and via email. Build sales by recommending solutions, leveraging product expertise, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Use catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to find parts and provide accurate information. Process transactions, manage special orders, support outside sales associates, and maintain a safe, organized counter environment.
