Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and execution of global transactional accounting across AP, payroll, and order-to-cash, including team leadership and performance delivery.
  • •Drive process automation and spend/order-to-cash controls (e.g., 3-way matching, purchase order enforcement, automated approvals) across finance operational systems.
  • •Ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery and govern payroll controls, reconciliations, and tax filings for multi-state US and international operations.
  • •Lead AR and billing operations across D2C e-commerce, subscriptions, B2B sales, and retail channels, including credit/dunning policies and cash application quality.
  • •Establish SOX readiness and robust internal controls, own audit deliverables and month-end close timelines, and deliver executive KPIs to senior finance leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12+ years of progressive accounting and finance operations experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing AP/P2P and AR/O2C (preferably also payroll).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • •CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred.
  • •Strong experience in fast-growing D2C e-commerce, consumer hardware, retail distribution, or SaaS/subscription environments.
  • •Advanced expertise with ERPs and operational platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Stripe/Zuora/Recurly, Ramp/Zip, ADP/Workday Payroll) plus deep US GAAP/SOX internal controls and multi-state payroll regulations.
