Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end API technical integration ownership from integration through test planning, UAT, and production go-live.
  • •Plan and run project kickoffs, milestones, and project communications to support successful adoption with key accounts.
  • •Lead lifecycle management including rollout planning, go-live criteria, issue tracking/clearing, and escalation management for new product launches.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders (external partners and internal teams) to ensure alignment on goals, communication, and changes during release cycles.
  • •Identify improvements from each launch and collaborate with Product and Engineering to execute required changes; analyze partner feedback and support product prioritisation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Technical Integrations Management or Technical Programme Management (or similar roles).
  • •Understanding of API integrations and ability to manage end-to-end technical integration work (including test planning, UAT, and go-live).
  • •Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience managing technical configuration of SaaS-like solutions and troubleshooting technical issues using data tools.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, plus excellent communication and project planning skills.
