Data-focused analyst role supporting product and growth teams by turning analytics into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with product managers, engineers and designers to influence the roadmap with data-driven insights and recommendations.
•Own and iterate on experiments to generate user insights and drive business metrics, enabling quick action on opportunities.
•Define how to quantify success by setting KPIs, designing tracking, and examining leading indicators of user behavior.
•Mentor colleagues to improve product data coverage and promote data-driven decision making across the organization.
•Build models of user segmentation and customer lifetime value to inform strategic product and commercial decisions.

Salary: EUR 32,000 - 48,000
