Lead Consultant, Electrical Engineering

Lead electrical engineering work for New York City projects within multi-discipline Properties & Buildings teams. Develop drawings and specifications for architects, contractors, and owners; design electric distribution, fire alarm, and lighting control systems; and perform electrical calculations. Coordinate with team members, support construction administration, and participate in client and regulatory meetings. Supervise and mentor younger engineers while helping manage design-to-construction delivery of electrical infrastructure projects.
