Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively support the CFO on a variety of finance matters.
  • •Prepare monthly closings and analyze plans and forecasts for internal management and the group.
  • •Create monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
  • •Support business units (sales, IT, product management, legal) with analysis and financial management/control.
  • •Prepare and analyze revenue for sales variable compensation and support pricing and business case modeling, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc finance analyses/projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in economics or business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling, or equivalent training.
  • •1–3 years of relevant finance work experience (desired).
  • •Advanced Excel skills for working with large datasets, plus experience with common CRM or controlling tools.
  • •Ideally familiar with ERP and reporting systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, and SAP.
  • •Fluent German and English; strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and high initiative.
