Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ownership of commercial issues across subcontracts to support successful project delivery, including claims and contract changes management.
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate subcontract contracts to deliver superior business outcomes.
  • •Support procurement and supplier management issues in line with Thales governance and processes.
  • •Develop flow downs from customer contracts in collaboration with other functions, ensuring alignment and managing contractual inter-dependency risks.
  • •Deliver LC&C input on high value, high risk matters by working with senior business leaders and management teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant degree in business, commerce, finance, accounting, law, or similar.
  • •5+ years’ experience in commercial/contracts management, including buy-side contracts management experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of complex subcontracts.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Defence industry and contracting experience (e.g. ASDEFCON) is desirable.
