Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a Data Center Operations team covering hardware operations support, network operations support, and supporting infrastructure at scale.
  • •Establish the strategic approach to global data center growth and operations, anticipating scaling issues and implementing solutions.
  • •Partner with cross-organizational stakeholders to establish a Data Center Lab support model.
  • •Develop metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to measure performance and drive continuous optimization.
  • •Identify, track, and prioritize key risks; develop mitigation strategies; and establish processes to move from reactive to proactive, planned services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 276,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience across data center operations, infrastructure, hardware, and networking, including people management.
  • •4+ years leading distributed and diverse teams.
  • •BS, BA, or BEng in a technical field (or equivalent experience); master’s degree preferred.
  • •Deep understanding of data center power, cooling, network, and cabling infrastructure.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong quantitative, organizational, and analytical abilities.
