Assoc-Digital Product Ops

Support the adoption and ongoing operation of Hyperdrive, American Express’s enterprise platform for real-time data processing. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and internal application teams to coordinate onboarding activities, serve as a day-to-day contact for customers, track progress, resolve risks or blockers, and use operational metrics and documentation to improve the onboarding experience.
