RTX SkillBridge opportunity for an experienced Production Test Engineer in Chesapeake, VA. You will support Digital & Analog design and test, RF design and testing, and develop verification test capabilities across multiple military programs, working within a multi-disciplined engineering team to troubleshoot, test, and improve electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Train and mentor in a wide variety of technical efforts including process, test, troubleshoot, and repair Digital, Analog, and RF equipment.
•Observe, analyze, and report test data, perform tests, and utilize engineering drawings, manuals, and related documentation.
•Assist in planning complex tests to evaluate equipment performance.
•Use analytical tools to analyze and simulate hardware testing designs prior to program execution.
•Engage in training and mentorship opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge, supporting professional growth and excellence in task execution.

Key Requirements

•HS diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
•2+ years of experience troubleshooting and testing RF, digital and analog circuitry
•Experience with technical drawings
•Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) preferred
•Experience with various test equipment and developing test software/procedures for electronics
