As CI Supervisor, you will analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities, design and implement cross-functional initiatives using KHMS, Lean, Six Sigma and TPM, and lead teams to deliver measurable performance gains. You’ll monitor KPIs, coach staff in continuous improvement methods, and drive digital solutions that enhance efficiency while maintaining safety and quality across Holland’s manufacturing operations.

•Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement using data analysis and process mapping.
•Develop and implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning with organizational goals.
•Lead and facilitate improvement teams applying KHMS and related methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, TPM).
•Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of initiatives and identify further improvements.
•Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to report progress and outcomes.
